• Wall opening (our concrete saw cutting expert will cut your window opening to exact measurements (up to 10″ deep). We leave the existing steel buck and wall section in place to protect your foundation.
• 22 gauge (far heavier than standard after-market window wells) 42″ wide x 36″ projection x 60″ window well with ten (10) fasteners.
•  In swing casement window. Two sizes available: 29″ x 47″ or 32″ x 42″
•  Patented powder-coated Exo frame system with (4) pre-expanded fasteners and butyl gasket (for superior seal).
