The patented exo-frame system is the best, fastest and easiest way to install an egress window. In most cases, after the work area is prepped, installation of the exo-frame egress window system takes less than an hour.
What you’ll receive with your DIY Exo-Frame egress window system:
- Wall opening (our concrete saw cutting expert will cut your window opening to exact measurements (up to 10″ deep). We leave the existing steel buck and wall section in place to protect your foundation.
- 22 gauge (far heavier than standard after-market window wells) 42″ wide x 36″ projection x 60″ window well with ten (10) fasteners.
- In swing casement window. Two sizes available: 29″ x 47″ or 32″ x 42″
- Patented powder-coated Exo frame system with (4) pre-expanded fasteners and butyl gasket (for superior seal).
- Free delivery up to 15 miles radius from our shop located at Sante Fe and Evans, Denver.

- Pre-installation consultation (45 minutes). This “eliminate any surprises” meeting is optional but strongly encouraged. Our experts will measure, discuss grading and drainage issues, interior trim options, light, furniture arrangement, utilities and whatever else needs to be addressed to make your installation easy and smooth.
